1.	Technical Supervisor	Max Age: 40 years	Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree.
2.	ICTC Counsellor	Max Age: 60 years	Post Graduate degree / diploma in Psychology / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with minimum 1 year experience.
3.	ICTC Lab Technician	Max Age: 60 years	Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.) with minimum 1 year experience after graduation.
4.	Medical Officer	Max Age: 63 years	MBBS from a MCI recognized institute with 1 year compulsory internship.
5.	Staff Nurse	Max Age: 64 years	GNM from an institute recognized by the India Nursing Council.
6.	District Consultant	Max Age: 40 years	MBBS/ Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with Degree / Diploma in Health Management with 2 (two) years relevant work experience.
7.	District programme Associate	Max Age: 40 years	Graduate from any discipline from any University / Institution recognized by the Central or State.
8.	Kalazar Treatment Supervisor	Max Age: 50 years	Should be a Science Graduate with Biology as a paper in Graduate level from any recognized university.
