2. Subject Matter Specialists and Scientists of KVKs
3. Faculty or Officials of SIRD/SRLM /ETCs /SMMU /DMMU /DRDA /BC/SC/ST corporations
4. Executives of reputed NGOs engaged in extension and consultancy in livestock
