Please fill in the application form properly and send the same back to us with a DD for Rs 1200/- (USD 200 for NRI/ Foreign Nationals) payable at Chennai in favour of HINDUSTAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE payable at CHENNAI.

• Merit Scholarship: Merit Scholarships are awarded to toppers in the Higher Secondary Examination at the time of admission by the Management.

• Merit cum Means Scholarship: HITS offers scholarships under merit cum means categories every year.

Acceptable ID’s include (must be original, valid and nonexpired)–Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc.

Note: Candidates are NOT allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material) or electronic gadgets etc., in the Examination Room/ Hall.

Exam Result Date

Candidate Test Results will be available in the HITSEEE 2020 official website in 2nd week of May 2020.

Procedure to check the Result

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of HITSEEE.

Step 2: Candidate should Navigate to HITSEEE 2020 Results/ Counselling Tab.

Step 3: Click on HITSEEE 2020 Results.

Step 4: Enter Application Number, Date of Birth, enter the code shown in Image and then Click on Login.

Step 5: The online Score-card for HITSEEE 2020 will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download it for further use.

• Counselling will be available on the Institution's website from the day after the declaration of results of HITSEEE 2020.

• Counselling for branch allocation for the short-listed candidates based on the merit list.

Counselling Process

Step 1: Filling the personal details.

Step 2: Submitting 12th qualifying examination subject wise marks.

Step 3: Selection of colleges and course according to preference.

Step 4: Document verification at the allotted Counselling centre.

Step 5: Counselling fee payment.

The Admission is subject to satisfy below conditions:

• Minimum Eligibility Criteria.

• Your Rank order listed by HITSEEE 2020.

--> Candidates whose desire to Join Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science (HITS) are requested to bring DD for Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, payable at Chennai as counselling and processing fee.

--> However, the fee will be adjusted in the academic fees once the candidate joins the Institution.

--> The Balance fee has to be paid on or before 10th June 2020 either by Cash/ Demand Draft.
