Eligibility

Goa PSC Eligibility 2020
S. No. Name of the Post Educational Qualifications Age Limit  
 1. Associate Professor in Nephrology 

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule

(ii) Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent.

(iii) At least four years of teaching/research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institute after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

Note: For a candidate with Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) degree of three years duration, the experience required is at least three years after qualifying degree.

(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi.

Maximum - 45 Years


2. Assistant Professor in Nephrology

(i) A recognized medical qualification

(ii) Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent.

(iii) At least one-year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

(iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

NOTE: For candidate with Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) degree of three years duration, no experience is required.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

3. Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery

(i) A recognized medical qualification

(ii) Postgraduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent.

(iii) At least one-year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

NOTE: For a candidate with Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) degree of three years duration, no experience is required. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

4. Assistant Public Prosecutor

(i) A degree in Law from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.

(ii) Must have practiced as an Advocate for 2 years.

(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
