Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) is a University Level Entrance Examination for admission into various Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. It is conducted by  Christ University, Bangalore. The exam will be conducted Online i.e. Computer-based Test (CBT) from 27 April 2019 to 15 May 2019 in two sessions each. Course

Eligibility

BBA, BBA (Hons), BBA (Finance and International Business), BBA (Finance and Accountancy), B Com (Hons), B Com (International Finance), B Com (Professional) and, BA-CEP, BHM

The candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized university or board.

 

Those in Class 12 or awaiting Class 12 result, are also eligible to apply.

BA LLB (Hons)

The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized university or board with at least 45% marks in any stream.

 

Students pursuing the International curriculum must have AIU approval and must obtain a grade of not less than 'C' or its equivalent.

 

The candidate should also be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2019.

 

Those in Class 12 or awaiting Class 12 result, are also eligible to apply.

BBA LLB (Hons)

The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized university or board with at least 45% marks in any stream.

Modes of Application

There are two modes of registration as under Applications or wherever the forms are available:

 

i)  Apply - Online: 

 

Offline, OMR application forms can be procured from the University counter of Amrita Schools of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore & Chennai on producing a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- in favour of 'Amrita School of Engineering, Payable at Coimbatore'.

 

Note: 

 

● Create a login ID by entering valid email ID and password.

 

● Candidates must have a valid email ID and mobile number for further communication.

 

● System generated SMS and e-mail confirmation with the application number and date of birth entered into the Online Application will be sent to the provided e-mail ID and Mobile No.

 

ii)  Apply - offline:

Candidates must then also submit the application through online format by logging on to our website www.christuniversity.in and click on “Admissions”, proceed to click on the Application Status followed by app stat link: https://appstat.christuniversity.in/

 

    ● Direct mode applicants must enter the application number which is printed on the top left corner of the application form and Receipt number printed on the receipt issued by the Office of Admissions.

 

  • To fill the application you must have a copy of the statement of marks of Class 10, Class 11 or 12 (whichever is available) (Mandatory).

 

  • The application registration fee may be paid through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net banking facility.

 

  • The application will be submitted online after payment of the application processing fee.

 

  • After the payment is successful you will receive the application number with the option to print your application form.

 

  • Print and sign the application form. Keep a copy of the application form for further reference and to produce at the time of the selection process.

 

Note: Candidates must send the filled in application with the following documents mentioned below in an A4 size envelope only.

 

● Copy of the original filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent/ guardian and the candidate.

 

● Copy of application processing fee online payment acknowledgement slip.

 

● Copy of Statement of marks of Class 10 and Class 11/ 12, marks of Undergraduate, If applying for Postgraduate programme,  Postgraduate Degree, If applying for M-Phil, marks of M-Phil, If applying for Ph.D. Programme.

 

● Copy of Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate from last qualified Institution.

 

●  Candidates falling under any of these categories (NRI / PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN /OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:

 

          a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).

 


        b) Candidates applying under PIO or OCI have to produce the copy of PIO or OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).

Steps to fill CUET 2019 Online Application Form:

 

  • Candidates will have to visit the Official Website. 
  • Go through 'Admissions'.
  • Click on Applications for UG/PG.
  • Click on 'Apply Online'.
  • Select the Course and Stream you wish to apply.
  • Click on 'Click Here' to proceed.
  • Candidates have to enter all the required information.
  • Candidates have to upload recently clicked Passport Size Photo.
  • The Candidate also should upload Scanned Image of their Signature.
  • Candidates have to pay the registration fee while filling the Application Form online (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking).
  • Candidates must enter valid Mobile Number and Email-ID.
  • Take a print out of Application Form for further use.

The candidate must carry the Admit Card for entry in the examination room/hall. No candidate, under any circumstances, is allowed to attend examination 30 minutes after the commencement.
Candidates must hand over the rough sheets given to the invigilator on duty in the Room/Hall.  Any candidate found to have changed room or the seat on his/her own other than allotted, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and no plea would be accepted for it.
All cases of unfair means will be dealt with as per rules. No candidate is allowed to carry any baggage inside the examination hall. University Representative will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
Approach the hall invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid emergency or any other information during the course of the examination. Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, Calculators, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, bits of papers, mobile phone or any other device, inside the Examination Room/Hall.

Is there any entrance for B.Com regular?

Yes, there is an entrance test for B.Com in Christ Bangalore University. Register yourself on their official website and apply for it. TThe entrance test is held in April.
What should be my score out of 120 in Christ University BBA entrance exam in order to qualify for the further process? When will applications open for the academic year? Applications open for MBA Session I in October, Session II mid-February, all other UG and PG programmes in December, MPhil in January and PhD mid-August each year.
Can I apply for more than one programme in the same application?  It is not possible to apply for more than one programme in the same application form. However, for certain programmes, while filling the application 2nd and 3rd preference option will be available. The candidate may enter the preferences from the options available in the drop down. The candidate cannot manually enter her/his preferences on the application printout.
 I paid the money for the application process but my status is showing as incomplete. After payment, if you do not receive the 8 digit application number, then your application process is incomplete and will go in for refund process. The refund will take about 15 days and must be checked with your bank.
When is the last date to apply for a programme? The last date will be as per what is provided specifically for a programme under the important dates section. If there is no important date’s section, the candidate will choose the date from the available options while filling the application.

What is the Date of Release of Admit Card?

The Online 2019 Admit Card may be released by 21 April 2019.

How can I download the question paper of Christ University for BBA entrance exam? Previous papers for the Christ University entrance test are not available publicly. In fact, even after the entrance test, the question papers are collected back too so that the paper cannot be shared. You cannot get the question papers.

When will the results of the selection process be declared? They will be declared within 48 hours of completion of the process and the offer of admission will be valid for 3-5 working days.
 I want to pay my fees through a Bank Loan. What is the Process? The loan application is issued on request only when the student presents the first year fee paid receipt to the office. When the loan is sanctioned and if it is sanctioned in the name of the institution the student will have to submit the cheque/DD to the Office of Accounts who will reimburse the amount in the student’s name.
What is the cancellation policy of the institution? The cancellation policy of the institution is based on the F.No 1-3/2016(CPPP-I) DU) UGC notification 11th July 2016.  Cancellation must be processed in person by presenting all the original documents received from the institution while processing admission.
