Selection
Selection should be done in three stages, those are Physical Eligibility Test (PET), Written Test, and Interview.
i. Physical Eligibility Test (PET)

ii. Written Test
There will be 2 papers and the allotted time duration of 2 hours 30 minutes for each paper.

i. There will be a negative mark of 1/3 marks for every wrong answer.
ii. The qualifying marks have to be 33% (for UR category) and 23% (for SC/ST/OBC category).
iii. Personal Interview
The personal interview round is conducted for 75 marks. The final merit list for CGPSC Forest Service is prepared based on marks secured in written and interview round.
