Introduction

Admission Test for ICFAI (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India) Tech (ATIT) is an All India Admission Test conducted by ICFAI Tech, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad. For students seeking admission into the 4 - year Integrated B.Tech. Programs and 3 years Integrated B.Sc Programs.

 

This test was previously known by the name of ITSAT which stands for ICFAI Tech School Admission Test.  The ATIT 2020 is going to be held in two modes- Online (Computer-based test) and Offline (Pen-Paper based test) mode. The application form for ATIT 2020 has been released online at official website ifheindia.org. Alternatively, scores of JEE Main 2020/ State Level/ Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests 2019 will also be accepted for admissions to ICFAI Tech.

Qualifying Marks

  • Applicants must Pass with 60% and above aggregate marks in Class XII (“or it's equivalent”) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.

Age limit 

  • The applicant should fulfil the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective Board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination.

Candidates can get admission into the course they opt for based on the results of any of the following exams:

 

  • ITSAT/ ATIT 2019

 

  • JEE Main 2019

 

  • State Level/National LevelEngineering Entrance Tests held in 2020

Minimum Qualification

  • Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling in order to apply for the program.

 

Note: Class XII (or) ICFAI tech equivalent) students awaiting final examination results may also apply.

Offline mode : Applicants those who are Eligible and interested can fill their details online and download the Application  and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 500 towards the cost of the application and prospectus

  Availability of Admit card:

 

  • Admit cards for ATIT 2020 will be issued only after booking the slot.

 

  • The process of Slot booking will be held in the month of  February-April 2020

 

Slot Booking:

 

  • Visit the website: www.ifheindia.org/icfaitech and under online slot booking, use “Book Slot for ATIT 2020”.

 

  • Enter the ATIT 2020 Application Number as Login ID and Date of birth as Password in the box provided. The candidates are advised to change their password (min. 8 digits) soon after logging in, for security reasons.

 

Click on submit:

  • The Slot Booking Screen will open to permit the booking of the slot for the test.

 

Steps to follow :

 

Step-I: Select the city using the drop-down menu provided.

 

Then select the test centre from the drop-down menu provided below city drop-down.

 

Step–II: Select the date and time of the Test from the radio buttons.  

 

  • Please note that an applicant is not permitted to change the slot after booking.

 

Step–III: Submit and wait till the process is completed.

Step–IV: Hall Ticket (Admit Card) will be mailed to the registered e-mail id.

  • A candidate must preserve his/ her admit card until the examination process is over since it will be required at the time of counselling.

 

  • A candidate must bring his/ her valid original documents like PAN, Aadhar, or any document issued by Govt with a photo.

 

  • Candidates should report to the examination hall half an hour before the start of the examination. No entry shall be allowed after the test starts.

 

  • Candidates must bring blue ballpoint pen for filling entries in the answer sheet.

 

  • Exchange of pen/ pencil/ sharpener etc is strictly not allowed in the examination hall.

 

  • Use of mobile phone electronic calculator, log table, slide ruler is not permissible

      ATIT 2020 Results Procedure

ATIT 2020 results will be declared on May 7th 2020.

 

The candidates can check there results from official Website of ATIT.

Procedure to check the result:

 

Step 1: Visit the official website of ATIT.

 

Step 2: Click on "ATIT Results and Admission Fee Payment" link

 

Step 3: Enter the "Application Number" and  "Date of Birth" and then click on Login.

 

Step 4: The online Scorecard for ATIT 2020 will appear on the screen.

 

Step 5: Download it and take its print out .which will be used at the time of Counselling.

  • After the declaration of ATIT 2020 results on May 7th, the cut off will be released on the official website.

 

  • The cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks to be scored during the entrance examination in order to be admitted to the admission process.

  ICFAI Tech offers two types of scholarships:

(2)   Merit-cum-need based Scholarships

 

Merit-cum-need basis scholarships will be offered to students whose parental annual income is less than 5.0 lakhs. 

 

The following documents required to be submitted in order to check the eligibility of the students for merit-cum-need based scholarships.

What is the default login credentials of ITSAT candidates?

ITSAT 2020 Application Number is the Login ID while the candidates’ DOB is the Password for the initial login to the official ITSAT website soon after registration.

For security reasons, it is advisable that the candidates change their password immediately after logging in for the first time.

 Is the application form available to fill in the offline mode? Yes, and the DD and application form then needs to be sent to the university.
Is the application fee refundable?
No, the application fee is non-refundable.
Can the details enter by me in the application form be edited/ changed later?
No, the details once confirmed cannot be changed.

When will the Admit Cards for ITSAT be available?

The Admit Cards for ATIT will be available during the Test Slot Scheduling Period (February 1 – April 20, 2020).

Upon successful booking of test slot, the admit card will be generated online which needs to be printed for future reference.

I have already booked ATIT online test slot. Can I request a change now? No, Once a test slot is booked and Admit Card is generated, no request for a change in test slot is entertained by IFHE.
I have opted for offline ITSAT. Do I need to book my test slot? No, ITSAT in offline mode will be held on a fixed date and time, i.e., April 28, 2020, 10 AM – 12 Noon at the selected test centre.
