Steps to fill-Up in Online Application Process:

• Visit the official website of the HPBOSE D.El.Ed CET 2019.

• Click on 'D.El.Ed CET 2019'.

• Below the Instructions, Click on 'New Registration' link.

• Applicants are allowed to register and create a password by activating the link sent to the Mail Id Registered.

• After filling the Registration Form, Click on Submit.

• After Successful Submission, Application Number will be displayed.

• Now go to Sign-In Option which is in Registration Link, Sign In using Application Number. 

• Applicants will be redirected to a new login page. 

• Candidates will have an option to fill the form and complete the processes entirely and save the form.

• Candidates are requested to choose their test centre.

• Applicants will have to upload their Photograph, signature saving the details.

• After uploading these documents, click on the "Submit" button.

• Mode of Payment: Candidate can pay fees online through Payment Gateway (Credit/ Debit Card).

• After Payment, Take a print out of the application form and preserve for future reference.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of HPBOSE D.El.Ed CET.

Cut Off Procedure

The Cut Off of HPBOSE D.El.Ed CET exam will depend on many factors such as previous years cut-off, number of applicants, overall performance. Some of the factors are mentioned below:

• Number of Candidates appeared in the exam.

• No of candidates qualify the exam.

• Level of difficulty of the question paper.

• No. of the vacancy in the exam.

Minimum Pass Marks

Minimum Pass Marks in D.El.Ed. CET 2019:

•  50% minimum pass marks for General category candidates i.e. 50 marks out of 100.

• 45% minimum pass marks for reserved category candidates i.e. 45 marks out of 100.

• 35% for sportspersons (State and National Level only) i.e. 35 marks out of 100.

Merit List

• Merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in CET.

• Among the candidates having the same total marks, a candidate will be ranked higher than the rest on the basis of age.

• A candidate senior in age shall be ranked higher in order of merit.

• The inter-se merit of distinguished sports persons shall be prepared as per the criteria.

• There shall be no personal interview for the selection of candidates.

• However, counselling shall be held for ascertaining the credentials and sponsoring the candidates to different DIETs and privately managed institutions.

• The HP Board of School Education, based on the Candidates Performance in the Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test 2019 would draw up Merit List for Seat Allotment in 12 District Institutes of Education & Training (DIETs) and 29 Self-Financed Institutions and Private Institutes offering Diploma in Elementary Education for a span of 02 (Two) Years.

• We look forward to the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education to announcing soon followed by an Official Communiqués in respect of Counseling (1^st / 2^nd / 3^rd / 4^th/ 5^th Round).

• Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education shall display Merit Lists (in order of the Candidates’ Name and Hall Ticket No.) for Counseling, Seat Allotments at the District Institutes of Education & Training and Self-Financed Institutions / Private Institutes.

• The D.El.Ed. CET 2019 Merit Listed Candidates are hereby advised to get ready with the following documents for verification at the time of Counselling.

• The allotment of the training institutions shall be made at the time of counselling.

• The counselling for DIETs and Privately Managed Institutions shall be held separately.
