Highlights

GSEB SSC Results Key Highlights:

1. GSEB SSC was conducted from March 5 to March 17.
2. As many as 10.83 lakh students have appeared for the examinations this year. Pass percentage was recorded at 60.64%.
3. Of the total 10.83 lakh students, 8.40 lakh were regular students and 2.25 lakh were students who were repeating the examination this year.

Percentages

Surat has the best SSC result with 94.66% pass percentage. Ahmedabad has recorded 64.91% result and Rajkot has 64.08% result.

Schools

1. 291 schools have recorded a 100 per cent result.
2. 174 schools have recorded a 0 per cent result.

Students

1671 students have scored above 90 percentile.

Medium

English Medium schools have performed best with an overall pass percentage of 86.75%, followed by Hindi Medium with 63.94%. Gujarati medium schools recorded the worst pass percentage of 57,54%.

Percentile

Students need to score a total of 33 percent marks in each subject to clear the GSEB SSC Examination. In the exams, 30 marks are internal and 70 are from the boards. Student is required to score an aggregate of 33 percent in the subject (internal and external).

Betterment

In case a student fails to do so, he/she would be eligible to appear for the improvement examinations.

Score

100 students have appeared for GSEB SSC Exams and your percentile rank is 80. It means, you are ahead of 79 students and behind 20.

Individual

To calculate your percentage, simply add the score of the 5 subjects and divide them by 5.
