BEEE (Bharath University Engineering Entrance Examination) is a national level engineering entrance exam conducted by Bharath Institute of Science and Technology for admissions to BTech degree programmes offered by the Institute. BEEE 2020 Application Forms will be available on November 1st week of nov 2019 to April 2020 (tentatively). 1. B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics & Chemistry
2. B.Tech

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry


For Bio Engineering Departments a Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics Chemistry & Mathematics/ Biology

3. B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) A pass in Diploma recognized by Central or State Government with 50% aggregate/ B.Sc. with Mathematics or its equivalent
4. B.Arch

“No candidate, with less than 50% marks in aggregate, shall be admitted to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject of examinations at the 10+2 level”


A pass in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. However, the candidates have to apply in the prescribed application form for admission to B.Arch. Program.

5. M.Arch The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course.
6. M.Arch. (Landscape Architecture) The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course.
7. M.Tech Any B.E./ B.Tech or its equivalent examinations approved by UGC/ AICTE in appropriate branch with at least 60% marks in the aggregate or equivalent CGPA are eligible for respective courses
8. M.B.A Any Undergraduate with first class or 60% marks or equivalent.

BEEE 2020 - Application Process

Steps to apply for BEEE 2020 in Online Mode:

 

Step 1: Sign up/Sign in

 

  • The candidates must log on to the official website of BEEE 2020 to create a new ID.

 

  •  The existing user can log on to it or the new user can sign up for the application form.

 

  • At the time of registration, one must enter the personal details such as name, email ID, gender, state, mobile number, etc. 

 

Step 2: Activation of new registration

 

  • The candidate will receive the login details like username and password to their registered mobile numbers and email IDs only after successful registration.

 

  • Candidates have to enter details such as their full name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, nationality, as asked in the specific fields.

 

Step 3: Exam centre choice filling

 

  • Candidates need to choose the course and select the choices of specialization(Branch). There are an overall 22 courses and candidates can choose 3 out of them.

 

Step 4: Academic details of the candidate

 

  • Candidates must provide their educational qualifications carefully. They need to enter the class 10th and 12th marks and the year of passing.

 

Step 5: Mode of exam and venue

 

  • Candidates can select the mode of examination in this step. They can opt for both online(Computer Based Test) or offline(Pen & Paper) mode.

 

  • There are a total of 114 centres which conducts BEE 2020 examination. Candidates can choose any three centres based on their preference and feasibility as shown below.

 

Step 6: Uploading Photograph and Signature

 

  • Image: Upload passport sized photograph (size should be less than 1 Mb with the dimension of 3.5 X 4.5 cm and the only .jpg format is allowed).

 

  • Signature: Scanned signature image to be uploaded (Size should be less than 1 Mb with the dimension of 3.5 X 1.5 cm and the only .jpg format is allowed).

 

Step 7: Payment

 

  • After the application details are provided and all the registration formalities are done, the candidates are required to make the payment of  BEEE 2020 application fee online by using a debit card, credit card or net banking.

 

Steps to submit the offline application form for BEEE 2020:

 

  • The candidates must get the application form from Bharath University, Chennai, to apply for BEEE 2020 written exam.

 

  • The application fee of INR 950/- the candidate must pay on Bharath University, Chennai.

 

  • The payment of the BEEE 2020 application fee in favour of Bharath University payable at Chennai.

 

  • The candidate will have to fill all the details as asked in the BEEE application form and submit it to the correct address as specified in the brochure.

The candidate can download the BEEE 2020 admit card from the University’s official website and candidates can download the admit card from 1st week of April 2020.

 

The University will issue the admit card online after the successful registration. The candidates can download the admit card before the exam date and printout of the admit card.

The BEEE 2020 result will be announced on 1st week of May 2020. Candidates can view BEEE Result 2020 in online mode on the Official Website of the exam.

Steps to Download BEEE 2020 Result:

 

  • Step-1: To download the result visit to the official website of BEEE 2020 exam.

 

  • Step-2: Click on the result link which will be available on the official website.

 

  • Step-3: Candidates will be redirected to the login page where he/she need to enter the login details.

 

  • Step-4: After entering the correct login details of BEEE 2019, candidates can view the results.

 

  • Step-5: Save the softcopy of the result and keep it safe for the counselling purpose.

Counselling

BEEE 2020 - Counselling Schedule

After the results get announced the counselling process for admission to various engineering undergraduate courses will get started. Counselling process will commence from 1st June 2020 only the eligible candidates get admission and called for the counselling process.

 

To get admissions for different courses offered by the university, the candidate must compulsorily attend the counselling process. After the declaration of the result, counselling schedule relating to BEEE 2020 will be updated on the official website.B

  • Demand Draft (Non-refundable) for Rs. 20,000/- drawn in favour of “BHARATH UNIVERSITY”, payable at Chennai.

 

  • Marksheet of class 10 and 12 or equivalent

 

  • Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate

 

  • Community Certificate (If applicable)

 

  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card/Ration Card

 

  • Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
