Introduction

AISECT University Entrance Exam (AUEE) 2019 is a national level examination conducted by AISECT University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Engineering, Law, Management, Education and Science. The exam will be conducted in both Online and Offline mode at various test centers across India.The university has released the application form in December 2018.Candidates who are interested and eligible can apply both Online/Offline until April 2019.

Bachelor of Engineering  Candidate must have passed Class 12 with PCM and secure at least 45% marks   (40% in case of SC/ST).
Engineering Diploma Program  Candidates must have passed Class 10 with at least 35% marks.
Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Physical Education  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 50% marks   (45%  in case of SC/ST/OBC).
Management (MBA)  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% in case of   SC/ST/OBC).
BA LLB  Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% in case of   SC/ST/OBC).
LLB  Candidates must have a Graduation degree with atlas 45% marks (40% in case of   SC/ST/OBC).
LLM  LL.B degree with at least 55% marks. There is no Age limit.
Bachelor of Science  Candidates must have passed Class 12 with PCM/PCB.
Bachelor of Nursing/Paramedical  Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Biology having secured 45% marks.

  • Application for AUEE-2019 must be done online only. There is no printed application form available.
  • Applicants those who are eligible and interested can apply online through the official website of aisect university.

 

Application process:

 

  • Applicants visit official Website or above mentioned link.
  • Select Desired course.

 

  Steps to Apply online:

 

  • Online Registration: The candidate will enter registration details such as, name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender etc. Then the candidate has to choose a password, security question etc. and submit. An application number will be generated. Candidates have to use this application number and password for subsequent login.

 

  • Select exam mode: You must select the exam mode (Online/ Offline).

 

  • Online uploading of scanned images: Candidates have to upload scanned photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format. 

 

  • Fee payment: Payment of fees can be made by Debit Card/ Credit Card/Net Banking only.

 

  • Confirmation : After the payment of the exam fee and a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation generated by the system via e-mail or SMS.

 

  • Get a Registration Number:  You will receive a registration number generated by the system after submitting your application.

    Availability of Admit Card:

 

  • Admit cards will be generated on the notified date i.e 05.04.2019 for the student to download and take a print.
  • A candidate who will successfully fill application form will get the AUEE admit card.

 

   Admit Card:

 

  • Candidates will receive the admit card on their registered e-mail address.
  • The candidate must provide a valid and correct email address during the registration process, otherwise candidates will not be able to receive their admit card.
  • AISECT University will not send an admit card by post or make it available for download for the candidate.

AUEE 2019 Exam Day Instructions

  • Candidates must carry the Admit card to the  examination room. Anyone who fails to do so will be prevented from taking the exam.
  • It is advisable to have on hand a copy of the admit card, which can serve as a future reference.
  • Candidates must carefully check their Name, Test Center Name, Place and Category on e-Admit Card
  • A candidate must bring his / her valid original documents like PAN, Aadhar, or any document issued by Govt with a photo.
  • Candidates must reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
  • Applicants must sit down immediately after the opening of the exam room so as not to miss the announcement of general instructions, if any.

  • It is mandatory for all applicants to submit, upon request, the e-admit card and proof of identity upon admission to the examination room.
  • For the aptitude test, candidates must bring their own box, pencils, erasers, etc.
  • Candidates are advised to bring with them a cardboard or a clipboard. They should also bring with them their own Ball Point Pens (Black/Blue).
  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry calculators, mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets or materials like log table, book, notebook, etc. to the examination hall
  • Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall until the exam is over and till the invigilator permits them.

  • A candidate who will pass the entrance examination will be able to check the results of the AUEE 2019 the last week of May 2019. The result will be announced by AISECT University.
  • A merit list will also be prepared for candidates who have appeared for AUEE 2019.

 Merit List Preparation:

 

  • AISECT University will publish a separate merit list for each course, based on the performance of the entrance test.
  • The ranking of the merit list will be in descending order of the total marks obtained on the entrance examination.
  •  Separate Reserved category list will also be prepared. Based on candidate’s performance, they will be called for counselling procedure.

Counselling Process

  • Only short-listed candidates based on the 2019 AISECT University Entrance Test will be eligible for the counselling process.
  • Candidates will be informed by email/ SMS of their counselling schedule.
  • The counselling and allocation of seats will be in sequential order based on the candidate's 2019 AUEE ranking. As a result, candidates are advised to come for counselling on the specified date and time allotted to them.
  • The date and time of the counselling can not be changed in any way. All certificates and documents of the candidate will be verified at the counselling center on the stipulated date.
  • The candidate must present himself/herself to the counseling procedure with all the necessary documents.
  • No other person will be allowed to appear for counselling and admission on behalf of the candidate.
