AIMS UGAT 2020 Offline Application Submit to

 AIMS UGAT Application Procedure 2020: 

     For Online Method:

• Visit the Official Website.

• Click on the link that will redirect to the AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form page.

• Fill in all the essential details in the application.

• Upload a recent passport size colour photograph and a scanned copy of the signature.

• Payment of the AIMA UGAT Application Fee 2020 of INR 650 can be made through both online and offline method.

• In case the payment is made through the online method, it can be done through any of the methods Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking.

• In the case of Offline payment, can be directly paid as Cash at Institution or can send through Demand Draft.

• After Successful payment, take a printout of the AIMA UGAT Application Form for future reference.

   For Offline Method:

• Purchase the AIMA UGAT Application Form 2020 from any institution that provides admission to the candidates through AIMA UGAT 2020.

• Fill in all the details that are essential.

• Affix a recent passport size colour photograph in the application form.

• Signature of the candidate is mandatory.

 Note: 

• Candidates have to send the filled AIMA UGAT Application Form along with the DD to the above-mentioned address on or before the due date.

  Availability of Admit Card:

• The AIMA UGAT Admit Card 2020 will be available from 02.05.2020.

  Admit Card Download Procedure :

 Step 1: Visit the AIMA UGAT Official Website.

 Step 2: Click on Admit Card.

 Step 3: Enter your UGAT Registration Form Number.

 Step 4: Download and take Printout of the admit card for further use.

• Candidates must carry the Admit Card to the examination room. anyone who fails to do so will be prevented from taking the exam.

• It is advisable to have on hand a copy of the admit card, which can serve as a future reference.

• A candidate must bring his/ her valid Original documents like PAN, Aadhar, or any document issued by Govt with a photo.

• Candidates must reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.

• Candidates must bring his/ her own Writing Material such as Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener.

• Calculator, Pager, Mobile etc are not permitted inside the test room.

Results Release Date:

• UGAT Result will be released in the AIMA UGAT Website 4^th week of May 2020.

Procedure to check the result:

Step 1: Visit the AIMA Official Website

Step 2: Click on blinking link ‘Click here to view UGAT Result 2020’.

Step 3: On clicking the tab. The candidate will be redirected to a page where the login details need to be filled.

Step 4: Enter Roll number, form number and enter submit to view UGAT 2020 result.

Step 5: The scorecard will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download the UGAT scorecard 2020 and get a print out of the same.

• A rank list will be prepared and released by AIMA.

• The students who have secured higher ranking based on the marks scored in the exam.

• If two candidates secure the same mark in the exam, then they will be ranked based on their score in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates having the same mark in the qualifying exam will be given rank based on their age.

• AIMA will not conduct counselling after the AIMA UGAT 2020 Exam.

• Candidates have to attend counselling at various Management collages (only AIMA UGAT 2020 participating colleges).

• After receiving the scorecard, candidates can apply for the counselling process that happens in various colleges that admit the candidates through the AIMA UGAT 2020 Exam.

• Based on the marks obtained candidate will be called by collages into various courses. Or candidates can apply for counselling directly to any college (If satisfying the cut-off set by the college).

• Students should be present at the time of counselling in the allotted location and time.

• If candidates are not present during the counselling, then they will not be eligible to get admission.

• Various colleges follow various methods of counselling.

• Candidates should get all those details before they go for the counselling from the college website.

What is AIMA UGAT?

All India Management Association Under Graduate Aptitude Test is also known as AIMA UGAT.

What is the Conducting Body for AIMA UGAT 2020?

What are the Admissions Offered through AIMA UGAT 2020?

Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) has been designed and administered with an objective of supporting 10+2 students for admission to Bachelor Programs i.e., Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BBM, BHM, B.COM (E-Com), B.Sc. (IT), Bachelor of Foreign Trade, Bachelor of Information Technology and Management, etc. on behalf of Participating MIs.

When & how many times UGAT is conducted in a year? What is the minimum qualification?

UGAT is usually conducted once in a year. The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Those who are appearing/ appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

Those students who are waiting for their result or appearing for the 10+2 examination are also eligible to apply.

Candidate can choose any one of the five modes to apply:

• Purchase the Registration Form against cash payment of Rs. 650/- from listed Institutes or AIMA, New Delhi.

• Register online at the website with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) payment of Rs. 650/-. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

• Register online at the website by making payment of Rs. 650/- through Net Banking. Detailed Procedure is given at the website link.

• Register online at website along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 650/- in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at New Delhi. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

The Last date for submission is mentioned in the UGAT e-bulletin and AIMA website. The last date also appears in the notification released by AIMA in various national & regional newspapers.

For applying to MI's it is suggested that the prospectus of the MI's opted should be bought.

All provisionally registered candidates can download and take the print out of their Admit Card from the AIMA website link: https://apps.aima.in/ugat2020/admitcard.aspx seven days prior to the test date. Admit Card would be having Candidate Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. Also, activation of a test centre depends upon the minimum no of registration.

Correct Response: Correct response will yield 1 (one)mark.

Incorrect Response: There is negative marking for every wrong answer.
